USER INSTRUCTIONS — HEATING FREEZE-DRIED MEALS

Enjoy a hot meal anytime, anywhere. Follow these steps:

1. Add Water to the Freeze-Dried Meal Pouch:

   • Open the freeze-dried meal pouch.

   • Add cold water up to the fill line inside the pouch (refer to specific meal instructions).

   • Stir well if needed and zip the pouch closed securely.

2. Prepare the Flameless Ration Heater (FRH):

   • Tear open the FRH bag at the notch.

   • Insert the sealed meal pouch into the heater sleeve so it rests directly on the heater pad.

3. Activate the Heater:

   • Pour 50ml of water into the FRH bag — up to the fill line at the bottom.

   • Cold water is sufficient — it will trigger the chemical reaction.

4. Heat the Meal:

   • Fold the top of the FRH bag over to retain heat.

   • Lay it flat or at an angle with the heater under the meal pouch.

   • Wait 12–15 minutes for full heating.

5. Remove and Eat:

   • Carefully tear open the FRH bag where marked.

   • Caution: Contents will be hot.

   • Remove the meal pouch and open it — your meal is now hot and ready to eat.

6. Dispose Responsibly:

   • Always activate the heater with water before disposing.

   • Let all parts cool fully.

   • Dispose tidily. Please do not litter.
