You will get an order confirmation by email straight away. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before writing to us.

Usually yes, as long as the order has not been handed to the courier. We pack and ship within 24 hours on working days, so contact us as soon as possible at info@goodmoodmeals.com or +371 20018946 with your order number.

Once a parcel is in transit we can no longer change it, but you still have the 14-day right of withdrawal described under refunds and returns.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address on file. For orders already in transit, we’ll do our best to assist, but changes may not always be possible.

Yes. We supply shops, outdoor retailers, expedition organisers and companies buying in volume. Wholesale customers get their own price list, a fast reordering form and shipping quoted on the invoice.

We deliver across Latvia, the Baltics and most of Europe — including Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Switzerland, among others.

The delivery page has a country picker that shows exactly which methods, prices and delivery times apply to your address.

Orders placed on a working day are packed and handed to the courier within 24 hours.

After that it typically takes 1–2 working days within Latvia, 2–4 working days elsewhere in the Baltics, and 3–7 working days for the rest of Europe. The delivery page shows the estimate for your country.

It depends on the destination and the method you choose — parcel locker, pickup point or courier to your door. Prices start from a couple of euros for a Baltic parcel locker.

Yes, and it is free. If you are in Latvia you can collect your order from our mini TOP! store at Līvzemes iela 11/13, Salaspils, LV-2169. Choose Pick up in store at checkout.

Same-day pickup is usually possible. The Good Mood Meals team works 8:00–17:00; the store is open every day from 9:00 to 20:30.

We do not currently offer same-day delivery. Standard delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible — no later than within 24 hours.

As soon as the courier scans your parcel we email you a tracking link. You can also see every order and its status under my orders.

If the tracking has not moved for more than two working days, send us the order number and we will chase the courier.

Card payments (Visa, Mastercard), bank links and other secure methods provided by EveryPay, the gateway owned by SEB Bank. Bank transfer (prepayment) is also available at checkout.

Yes. Payments are processed by EveryPay with encryption and fraud protection backed by SEB Bank. Card details are entered on the bank’s own page — we never see or store your card number on our servers.

Nothing is charged when a payment fails. Go back to the cart and try again, or choose a different payment method. The most common causes are an expired card, an online-payment limit set by your bank, or a 3-D Secure confirmation that timed out.

Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically if they are not resolved within 48 hours, so the stock is released for someone else.

Yes. At checkout, tick that you are ordering as a business and enter your company name and EU VAT number. We validate it against the EU VIES register in real time.

For a valid VAT number outside Latvia, VAT is removed and the reverse charge applies. Without a VAT number, the destination country’s VAT rate is charged. Either way, the invoice follows by email with your order confirmation.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, and a further 14 days to send them back.

Products must be unopened and in resalable condition. Return postage is paid by the customer, and the refund covers the price of the goods — original shipping and payment processing fees are not refunded. Full text on the refunds and returns page.

Email info@goodmoodmeals.com with your order number, the date you ordered, the date you received the parcel, the items you are returning and your contact details.

We confirm the return address, and once the goods reach us the refund is issued to the original payment method — no later than 14 days after we receive them.

Let us know within 48 hours at info@goodmoodmeals.com, with your order number and a photo of the parcel and its contents.

We will send a replacement or refund the affected items — you do not need to return a damaged pouch first.

The concept behind Good Mood Meals is freeze-drying. This process involves sublimating water directly from ice to vapor, bypassing the liquid state, and then removing the water from the dry layer. This preserves approximately 97% of the meals’ nutritional value and ensures a shelf life of up to 7 years.

Open the pouch, add the amount of hot water printed on the label, stir, close it and wait a few minutes. That is it — you can eat straight from the pouch, so there is nothing to wash up.

Cold water works too; it simply takes longer to rehydrate.

Dehydrated food is dried with heat, which shrinks it and takes some of the flavour and nutrients with it. Freeze-drying removes water from the frozen state, so the structure stays intact — the meal rehydrates faster, tastes closer to freshly cooked and keeps far longer.

Unopened pouches keep for up to 7 years. Store them dry, at room temperature and out of direct sunlight — no fridge needed, which is exactly why they travel well.

Each pouch is printed with its own best-before date. Once opened, eat the meal the same day.

Every product page in the shop lists the full ingredient list, allergens, nutritional values per 100 g and per portion, net weight and the prepared weight after adding water.
