Shipping & Delivery

Order processing
Orders are processed on working days, Monday–Friday, between 10:00 and 17:00.

You’ll receive a tracking link with your order number as soon as we start preparing your order for delivery.

Delivery times
If all items are in stock, delivery takes 2–10 working days, depending on the destination country. In the Baltics (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania), delivery usually takes no more than 3 days.

If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with the earliest possible delivery date.

Delivery partners
Our delivery partners are DPD and Omniva.

Delivery prices apply only to individuals purchasing through our online shop.

Delivery territory
We deliver only within the delivery territory specified by the Seller. Orders are accepted only if the delivery address is within this territory.

Availability
We strive to fulfil orders in full, but availability cannot be guaranteed. If ordered items are unavailable or insufficient in quantity, the Seller may decline delivery or provide a partial delivery.

Delivery address & receipt
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer. The person specified in the order should personally receive the goods.

If another person accepts the goods at the specified address, it is considered that the Buyer has accepted the delivery.

The Seller is not liable for losses caused by incorrect delivery details or acceptance by another person at the specified address.

Failed delivery
If delivery is not possible due to the Buyer’s fault or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (e.g., incorrect address, absence of the Buyer, inaccessible location), the goods will not be resent.

The purchase amount, excluding delivery charges, will be refunded. If a delivery discount was applied, the Seller may deduct the full delivery charge from the refund.

Delays
The Seller aims to deliver within the timeframes above. If unexpected delays occur beyond the Seller’s control, the Seller will contact the Buyer to agree a new delivery time.

Damaged goods reporting
If you notice damage to the packaging upon delivery (e.g., torn or visibly damaged packaging), please photograph the goods and email info@goodmoodmeals.com within 5 days.

Include a description of the issue and the photograph(s). If we don’t receive a report within this time, we’ll consider the goods delivered undamaged.

The Seller will review the complaint within 3 working days and work with the Buyer to resolve the issue.

Failure to follow the above reporting requirements releases the Seller from liability for related losses.
